I have brewwed Hard Rock Chech pilsner lager for the first time and the instructions said it would stert 1036 and ferment down to1005fg . It stopped 1015 even  though i used a heating tray and kept the temprature at 26c. I would be very grateful if anyone could give any idea of what ABV% and alcohol % i should expect.

Im in the throws of brewing coopers lager. im thinking of adding honey to the brew .Has anyone tried this before ?.Please let me know how it tasted.

Adding honey to a brew is a great way of using a natural ingredient to alter a brew to your own personal preference, it is case of experimenting by adding some to the brew until it gives the flavour you were looking for. Some people say to add it in the place of sugar as the honey being fermentable will increase the alcohol content, but if you're just adding a bit for flavouring after the fermentation is well under way it should be fine, you can always use a hydrometer to check on it by taking readings, perhaps others on the forum may have experience on adding honey to brews....
