Ideally you need to keep the bottles at around 20 degrees C for around a week after bottling - this is to allow the priming drops/sugar to dissolve and start the secondary fermentation which carbonates the brew and pressurises the bottles. After that the bottles can be moved somewhere cooler to clear and condition until ready to drink.
