Hi, what's the min temp for pitching your champagne yeast? I mistakenly pitched at 13c, had a little activity after one day then nothing. Think I might have killed it.
13 is a bit on the low side, ideally try to keep around 17 to 22 degrees C. If it is cooler then the yeast may slow right down and if it gets quite cold may stop, but once warmed up it should start again
