Hello all! I am new to the Cooper's brand. I picked up the Canadian Blonde 1.7kg (3.75lbs) can. Here is my question. I was reading the instructions and it says "a) Dissolve contents of can and other fermentable sugars with 2 litres of boiling water." My question is, what do they mean by "other fermentable sugars"? Do they mean the Cooper's Brew enhancer or do they mean yeast nutrient (Diammonium phosphate)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi cscc, it just means the brew enhancer or brewing sugar. I've done a Canadian Blonde myself, it took a while to clear but came out lovely. Like most kits it improved loads after 4 weeks of conditioning.

Ah ha! Thank you very much! I was reading elsewhere where people were throwing in dry hops and it was confusing me a bit lol.
