Coopers Lager, Mexican

Hi folks, Hi have received a tin of Coopers Austailian lager from my loving wife for christmas.. howlucky am I !! Im newish to brewing and have just brewed a batch of Admirals reserve with fantastic results, so I must have done something right!! Im just wondering what would be the correct way of adding suger to the Coopers brew as I found the instuctions a little bit vague, My question is do I add the suger at the secondary furmentation stage as was done with the woodfords brew by adding it to the pressure vessel , or am I missing something ? Any help with this would be great thanks

Hi Martyboy, with the Coopers kits you need to add sugar for primary fermentation (about 1kg or a coopers brew enhancer link, to brew enhancer: http://home-brew-online.myshopify.com/collections/ingredients/products/coopers-brew-enhancer-2 ) and add a little sugar for secondary fermentation as well. Makes me laugh the way he says brew. If you want to barrel it use about 80 grams of sugar for secondary fermentation.
