coopers ausi lager

hy there i made my first brew a while ago now which was coopers ausi lager but for some reason there wasnt much head on the lager then disapeared very quick the lager was fizzy and nice to drink but why is this i used coopers sugar pack No1 enhancer and 2 drops into each 750ml bottles

To give it a bit more in a 750ml bottle you can use up to 3 Coopers drops, this will help. It can also be a case of giving it a bit more time, a good week in the warmth around 20 degrees C after bottling helps to ensure secondary fermentation gets going in the bottles, it will then build up pressure and carbonate. If you have done particularly well in leaving a lot of sediment behind when bottling and the brew is quite clear, this often means that there is less suspended yeast to work on the drops so carbonation can take longer. Pouring technique into the glass can help the head too
