Hi there,
I had an unsuccessful attempt at home brewing about 25 years ago.
The beer was cloudy and tasted awful.
However I enjoyed brewing process itself.
I want to have another cracking at it and do it right this time. I Would like to start with a nice medium dry apple cider sparkling and clear.
Any advice would ne great I have no kit at all.

You just need to add water to make, and a little sugar for each bottle to carbonate it. If you have your old equipment then that will be fine to make with, give it a good clean and sterilise with VWP or similar, or we have new equipment available if you need any bits or pieces.
