Hi, I put a 30 bottle Cellar 7 Merlot batch on last night. I added a bit too much water (maybe an extra litre or so) and the SG was only about 1030. The previous batches for C7 kits were between 1070 and 1080. Should I add some dissolved sugar or just leave it as a weak wine?
