I have just brewed 40 pints of St Peters Brewery Ruby Red in a Barrel with a pressure valve top. Two weeks have passed and I poured a small glass to see if it was clear, i know a little impatient! and it was still a little cloudy, so I will give it a bit longer. However the reason for this post is ; It was quite flat not like the Woodfordes wherry and sundue which I have brewed previously. Should I add 1/2 a second of C02 via the valve or a touch more sugar?
