Hi guys.. awesome site, hope to be picking your brains over the coming years . just fermenting my first brew today, (Coopers Cerveza) ..looking forward to interesting times ... talking of which ...I mixed all the ingredients.. added the yeast put the lid on ..after 30 mins the lid got knocked off ( I'm blaming the dog ..lol) ..will this have a detrimental effect on the brew as the building Co2 escaped ? ?
