I'm going to start some new brews after a long time away from it and looking to try wine which is a first, does anyone have any good recipes or tips for fruit wine which are relatively easy for a first timer. My uncle made rhubarb wine before and was nice so was thinking about that but not sure how easy/hard it would be? thanks
