I started a 30 bottle Beaverdale Grenache Rose December 2015. First bottling was good, fruity, hints of cherry. drinkable but a bit immature. I have just opened one of my 3 remaining bottles and am pleased to say that the fruitiness is still there but the flavour has altered with age. It is an excellent wine and is comparable with commercial products. I know it is difficult, but it is well worth waiting a few months to get the best from this wine. I will definitely be buying this again.
