Hello everyone.
I have just bottled my Irish Stout and I used 4 grams of sugar for each bottle of 500 ml for carbonation.
Coopers recommend 14 days for carbonation at temperatures above 20C degrees.
but I keep the bottles at 23 degrees.
My question is:Should I wait 14 days as recommended by the Coopers or the process will end quickly in high temperature
