just bottled my 1st batch of coopers lager , tested before ferment was 1.045, tested again before bottling, was 10.010, hope that was ok , good head on even after 1st ferment , does that sound ok, hope so , not sure to start another now or wait to se if this one works. any advice would help. many thanks.
