Hi, wondering if anyone can help. I am fermenting a spirit base kit (vinland) and it has stopped fermenting after 8 days, 4 days at 15 degrees and 4 days at 22-24 degrees. Only thing I did was put 8kgs of sugar instead of 8.5kgs so I could manage with the temperature. Should I leave it for the full 3 weeks or start the second phase? Thanks, Warfyboy.
