Hello newbie brewer here! Just waiting for my first batch to bottle. Done a Coopers Mexican cerveza with enhancer 2 . Started at 1040 , 7 days in its approx 1012. Will this go any further? Will it affect it if I leave it in there for another couple of days? I am desperate to bottle it but I know patience is the key ;-) cheers Matt
