On the Spirit side I am in the middle of the Air Still Method with Turbo Sugar/Turbo Carbon and PURE Turbo yeast, but the lady on the video on your site seems to use the WHOLE bag of yeast for 8 litres. Is it really necessary to use the whole lot. On the back it says good for 23 litres. Obviously, if I can save some I will.
