This was my first brew before Christmas and I have to say compared with other brews that I've made since the Wherry is in a league of its own in terms of depth of flavor and taste. After about 3 months in the barrel its at its best so I'd try not to touch it for at least 2 months. You get what you pay for and I will definitely be making another Woodfordes kit one day!

    Agreed. I made it with a goldings hop t-bag and to 20 litres to make it a touch stronger/fuller. In the top 3 of all the beer kits I've done.

    I'm doing a Nog now with a fuggles t-bag, can't wait to see what its going to taste like. Putting it into the Cornelius this weekend so I've got a couple of months to wait yet.
