i like my beer clear at witch point do add the finnings????

    Hi ada. Some finings differ but for the most part its after primary fermentation and before racking into your barrel/bottles. Some times a secondary vessel is required. There is usually instructions with most finings or if you know the specific finings we could let you know.

    Most bber kits do not need them adding, it can be done to speed up clearing if preferred, but just leaving it undisturbed to settle for a few days before trasnferrign to bottles or a barrel is usually good enough, it is best to minimise diturbance when bottling or barrelling as this is when any sediment can get stirred up
