Ritchie's On The Rocks Cider - when to bottle

I started a Ritchie's Mixed Berry cider last week (Tuesday 29/09) and it say first stage takes between 5-7 days. OG was 1044 and yesterday (8 days) it was 999. It says to bottle when steady below 1000 but tonight it has dropped to 997.
Should I leave it until it steadies off? A bit concerned that there will no yeast left for the secondary ferment.

I'd leave it a while longer, should be stable for minimum 24 hours but unless your in a real rush and you got the time why not leave is another 5 days or so to make in an even two weeks?
It wont harm leaving it for longer really.
