removing little bottler for sterilising

Do I need to completely remove the little bottler from the fermentation bin for sterilising each time I brew or can it stay bolted on?

We would suggest to leave it in place, instead run some of your steriliser/cleaner through the tap and then some clean water to rinse, the tap itself can also be washed in place
