Sanitising bottles

Hi, can I use a fermenting bin to sanatise bottles or do they have to be totall submerged in water. Thanks

Whichever sanitiser you use it does need to come into full contact with the bottles to be sure they are clean, if using a fermenting vessel then submerge a few bottles at a time and allow to soak if particularly dirty or stained, make sure they are in full contact with the cleaner solution, and rinse if needed in clean water

Once cleaned allow them to drain, then fill ideally in less than 1 hour from when you started to wash the bottles
