IPA fermentation slow

Hi guys I have started to brew an IPA made it up last monday checked it last night but it was still very cloudy and the hydromiter just sank to the bottom of test tube does not look good at all is this batch wasted or is there a way to revive it Any help would be great Cheers Billy

Are you sure you have a big enough sample in the tube?  The more a hydrometer sinks the less sugar in the liquid - maybe it has fermented further than you think.
