Gluten Free Czech Larger

I have bottled my first batch of Czech larger nine days ago red it to the garage today after 9 days it has cleared and it has more taste and fizz than the German Lager I did use TWO spoons of sugar in the secondary fermentation though.

I will leave it at least a few more weeks before tasting again.

Warning if you put twoo spuns of sugar in the bottle and then take it for a ride in the car it may explode as one of mine did. )

HBO staff I am fermenting the English Bitter at the moment.It's been in since Tuesday.I reckon it will take ten days for the first fermentation.
