Quick turn around

Hi,

I am looking for a kit that can go from start to glass in 4 weeks. Ideally I would like a golden ale or even a lager. I've done golden stag before and loved it but it didn't really come into its own till about 6 weeks after starting. Any recommendations for a kit with a quick turn around?

You could try something like the Coopers Original Series range, they can improve faster sometimes if you keep the temperature right, use a kg brewing sugar or enhancer. Try to ferment at the right temperature they recommend as this really helps with timescale, nice and warm for primary fermentation and for the first few days in bottles/barrel, then move somewhere a few degress cooler to help it clear. Like with all brews the best flavours take longer, but the Coopers Original Series, such as lager, real ale, are usually good early on
