Getting CO2 into my home brew

im really intrested to get into all this good hobby

are there any tips u can give me on sustaining the fizzyness in the cooper lager like the bottled beers from big brands eg budweiser miller gd etc

any information would be great

also whats the feedback like for the mexican cerveza and the european lager you guys do??

There are two ways to keep it fizzy - if in the barrel you make sure it is airtight, and depending on how fast you drink it it will re-carbonate and keep a good pressure, or alternatively we sell a CO2 injector cap with bulbs http://home-brew-online.myshopify.com/collections/all/products/co2-injector-barrel-cap-with-2-x-8gm-bulbs-holder that can be used to keep the pressure higher. Some customers prefer to bottle the beer which we also have a good range of to suit most preferences/budgets http://home-brew-online.myshopify.com/collections/equipment/bottles to which carbonation drops can be added (2 per 500ml bottle if you like 'lively' or 1 per 500ml can be enough) it's a bit of trial and error to see which works best for you.

The Canadian Blonde is a good lager that we have tried here which with 2 carbonation drops per bottle we found to be a good drink.
