Getting Started with amaretto

Hey im just about to buy the amaretto kit which suggests i also need the syphon airlock and demijohns. Would a demijohn with a grommet or without a grommet be best if i buy your small syphon? Also, do i need brewing sugar or is normal sugar just as good? Will these products suffice for my amaretto making? will i need anything else eg sterilizer?

You don't have to use brewing sugar, normal sugar will be fine. People usually choose brewing sugar to ensure a speedy fermentation and will also help the clearing process.
