i see in your shop you sell spirit essences and allso smart stills am i putting 2 n 2 together in thinking that if you put water in the smart still (water that has been in a fermenting bin for a week or 2 ) and then distill it and add the essence you end up with good flavored distilled water ??

Smartstills can be used to produce alcohol from water and sugar, and then the essences are used to add whatever flavour you fancy. You can just add the essence flavouring to Vodka and use it to flavour that, we have the Essencia range which are excellent, they flavour up to 3 bottles and are designed to give some of the best tasting spirits out there.
