I started making Cherry Brandy on the 17/7/2012. I used 4lbs of cherries, 12oz sugar and 1 pint of Brandy. Everything was going fine until 2 days ago when to my surprize it started fermenting. The recipe I used never mentioned this. Should I let it ferment or should I stop it? Could anyboby with any experience of this please help by giving me some advice.
