I have watched loads of your videos to get tips on brewing my own beer for the first time in over 35 years. It looks as if nothing has changed and seems straightforward. However, I have a query regarding bottling my beer when it has fermented out.
When it comes to bottling, can I just put the clean bottles under the tap of the fermenting vessel and open the valve for each bottle or must I use a syphon tube? I don't want to end up with cloudy beers but I'm also aware that using a syphon tube will take longer as I will predominately being doing all the work myself [Only 2 hands]. Or, should I be transferring it into another fermenting vessel first, before bottling? One of the videos I saw from your site looked to me as if it was just transferred direct to bottles via the tap.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
