in Wine Making
Hi. I have always used this before. Having found out that it is no longer available, I was told their is a replacement called on the house. Silly name. I have been disapointed up to now. Now in bottles yet but...
Requires no sugar. I but 1kg of sugar in and the best the hydrometer got to was 1.060 at best 8%. I have brewed beer to nearly that. I have not tasted it yet but look forward to being dissapointed.
