John Bull - IPA

It's been a while since I left a review on here, I have not been very adventurous recently in trying new ones.

I gave this one a go, although I had reservations I think it is an older kit.

I am not a massive fan, the beer is a little sweet, almost sickly, although I am pretty sure its brewed through throughly as it's cleared and isn't fermenting any more in the bottle.

Malty, sweet, not very hoppy, not my cup of tea, not what I would say is an IPA really either, although as always with these reviews, taste is subjective!

The kit seemed to perform in terms of brewing perfectly fine.

Hey Budforce, the John Bull range has a good following with them being around for a long time, but they are quite old kits, the newer ones you get have much more malt extract and we think the flavours and aromas are better
