Kegging advise

Expecting delivery of my Corny Keg today, thanks to you guys for another swift service and delivery.

I've watched the video relating to force carbonation of the keg, however I intend to leave the beer in the keg for a good few weeks, so my question is, is the process the same or do you recommend another process when leaving it to mature.

Hi Crilly4069, thanks for your order, you can just do the usual process and then leave the brew in the keg until you are ready to drink it, it will then be nicely carbonated and keep until needed

Thanks for then advise, one last question, how do you set the regulator to a set psi, so it auto tops up to a set psi

You can set the regulator by unscrewing the knob on the top all the way out anti-clockwise with no gas attached, this is then off. You can attach the gas supply and once fitted open the valve by screwing it clockwise, and it will start to let gas in. You can keep slowly letting gas in until the dial shows the required amount of pressure, the position you leave it at will then be the amount of gas the regulator allows in to the keg.
