Started home brew cider on Saturday done 48hrs and bubbling nicely. Do I now scrape stuff off top or just leave it for three weeks before bottling the cider
HBO_Staff Welcome, once your brew is fermenting you ideally need to leave it undisturbed and it will just happily ferment away, bubbles and froth/foam are quite common, and fermentation times vary by each brew and the temperature etc. A bit more info is here on this link:

From experience, I'd say that 3 weeks could be a bit too soon - the last 3 batches of cider I brewed all took 4-5 weeks to fully ferment out. That said, 2 of those finished at around 9-12% so you could stop the fermentation earlier once it reaches an ABV you're happy with.
Hi new to home brew making a turbo cider what do you think going to ferment for one week then bottle and back sweeten with canderel artificial sugar add two cooper carbonation drops for 1000ml bottle leave for two weeks and drink does this sound about right as i said new to home brewing MANY THANKS
Welcome brianrolls, if using a Turbo Yeats to ferment a cider then this will ferment any sugars out as quickly as possible, but because it is an aggressive yeast you wont get as much flavour out of the brew as if you used a cider yeast which will take longer to ferment.
Once brewed and the fermentation is fully complete you could sweeten the cider using a sweetener to get it to your liking, 2 carbonation drops per 500ml bottle will give a low carbonation, you could use up to 5 of the Crafty Fox drops:
