I have kept my beer" Pilgrims Choice "in a warm place for 2 weeks (2nd fermentation) as per instructions, the beer is still cloudy so have i to keep it in a warm place until it is clear or now move to a cool place?
Secondary fermentation isn't an exact science as varies vastly depending on loads of things including which beer you have brewed.
I normally leave mine a couple of weeks inside then put them out for as long as you can.
I found most kits will be okay after about 3 weeks but some need more time, Bulldog Brews kits need longer and also the Muntons kit I tried.
Generally the longer you can leave them the better.
Beer League: 1. Young's - American Pale Ale 2. Bulldog Brews - Imperial Red Bad Cat 3. Young's - IPA 4. Young's - American Amber Ale 5. Bulldog Brews - Evil Dog Double IPA
