Wine kit fermenting for 7 days now.

Hi, Cellar 7 wine kit has been fermenting for 7 days now, it normally takes around 5 days. I think the temperature may be too low for the process to behave normally - it's around 18 - 20c. I can't raise the temp so should I just be patient and let it run its course?

This is not uncommon especially at cooler temperatures and the fermentation can take longer, which is no bad thing. A slow and steady fermentation can produce some great flavours, as long as it is fermenting then just leave it until it stops and the hydrometer reading becomes constant and low. This is particularly common in the colder months when it is not always possible to keep the temperature up, if it starts to get too cold then perhaps consider trying a heater pad
