Milestone Raspberry Wheat Beer

Hi fellow brewers,

I've brewed a Milestone Raspberry Wheat beer. The OG was 1051, but after two weeks the FG is only 1019. Is this normal for this beer? I've bottled it anyway as the airlock has not had any activity for 2-3 days.

As a guide the final reading is usually around 1.010 so it may be a little on the high side, usually giving a gentle stir to re-suspend the yeast and leaving at around 20 degrees C or a little warmer will help it finish off the last bit of fermentation if needed. If bottled too early then it may build up more pressure and create more carbonation in your bottles so it is best not to add too much priming sugar, they should be OK though
