Makes a clear, amber(ish) ale with good clear white head.
The kit performs well in all aspecs, brewed in primary in 2 weeks, and has had roughly 10 weeks in secondary.
I don't particularly like the beer it makes though, it not horrible, but not a patch on the IPA kit Coopers do.
I find it a little sweet and then bitter at the same time, not very hoppy either. This just isn't to my personal taste, nothing against the kit as such, I am sure others may love it.
