Hi all. I have recently started my first brew (Directors Courage) and have had the brew in the 40 brown bottles provided with the starter kit for 2 weeks now. I intend on leaving it in the airing cupboard at 20 degrees for another couple of weeks before trying. I have noticed there is a small amount of what I assume to be sediment settled at the bottom of most of the bottles and the beer is still a little cloudy (has only been 2 weeks in the bottles with the carbonation drops). I wondered if this is normal for this stage and if I should just continue to wait patiently in the hope the sediment issue solves itself? I might have read somewhere that moving the brew to somewhere cooler can help clear it up, is this correct? Thanks. Todd
