So I got a wilko cerveza in fv trying it with mangrove jacks M54. Put it in on 3/12 and it still has yeast froth heat (don't know correct name) Should this be ok or sign of bad things ? Shall I keep eye on it and wait
The best thing to do is to take a hydrometer reading and then check it again in 48 hours, if the reading is still moving then it is fermenting, you need to wait until the hydrometer reading is as low as the lager instructions state it should go before bottling
