brew left in Ferementation tank

hi , my latest brew has been ( due to family constraints) been left in the fermentation tank for 3 weeks, will it still be ok to bottle ?? its an ipa brew

    Probably yes, it will have allowed plenty of yeast to settle down to the bottom, so secondary fermentation in your bottles may take longer than usual. Some brews can take 3 weeks or even longer to ferment, often due to the yeast used or if brewing at lower temperatures, a slow and steady ferment can produce some great flavours too

    Any of the more premium kits I always give 3 weeks with good temperature anyway.
