Hi. Your ingredients list calls for 2 sachets of champagne yeast but your recipe only mentions 1 sachet. Can you confirm? Thanks.

Thanks for your question, you usually just need to add 1 sachet of our yeast for a 23 litre batch, we sometimes include 2 sachets of sparkling wine yeast with our starter kits - so you have a second one for your next batch or a spare - just to get you going really
