Hi Guys.. Just out of curiosity after the first stage of fermenting are you suppose to stir the container before bottling or are you supposed to leave the sediment at the bottom then bottle or barrel? because I've been stirring it and there is sediment in all the bottles and taking forever to go away to the point my first batch is 7 weeks in and still loads of the bottom of the bottles.... Can anyone help please

hey man ... I'm new too ..But....I really would'nt be stirring it if I was you ...im guessing the whole idea is to leave the sediment in the fermenter....
I would leave your bottles upright and let the sediment settle in the bottom of the bottles ...

Yea your are generally not supposed to stir up primary fermentation.
