Sediment forming quickly.

So I started another Mexican cerveza coopers this morning. Despite last one not turning out too good but I want a summer fizzy so thought maybe it was just a duff one last time I tried it. (as the reviews seem to indicate it should be good)

Within a few hours there is already quite a lot of sediment at the bottom of barrel, which seems odd as the other beers and ales I've made have taken a lot longer for it to form. There doesn't seem to be any other activity like the air lock or foam on top. Is this normal or has the mix separated for some reason. I gave it a very thorough stir when I started it.

Cheers
