Made many a beer over the last few years, but now I'm older(so naturally more sophisticated???)
I thought that I'd try making a batch of wine from store bought fruit juice. I'd like to make it about 12% in strength, but cannot find exactly how much sugar I will need to add to get approximately this sort of percentage. Never really got on that well with a hydrometer, but if anyone can tell me how much sugar I need say per ltr, that would be great. Many thanks in advance.
