With the tap being quite low (on my starter kit fermentation vessel), would using the Little Bottler not disturb sediment? I guess the advantage is, there's no need to use a syphon tube. Thanks

This is a common concern, but we use these ourselves and can confirm that the sediment doesn't get disturbed, it flows quite steadily which helps, and the opening on the back of the tap inside the vessel can be positioned upwards - so this means the liquid is drawn in away from the sediment. It is possible if you brewed something with loads of sediment it could happen, but we have never had an issue with all the different brews we've made
