Coopers - IPA

Makes a drinkable, clear IPA.

I brewed it using 500g of light hopped spraymalt and some leftover brewing sugar. This is one of those that are pretty quick to brew, so couple of weeks max if you have the temperature controlled.

It doesn't have the flavour punch of some of the more premium (and expensive) kits, but for the money its pretty good. I would rate this above the St. Peters Ale IPA kit which is more expensive.

I would rate it about 3 stars for flavour alone, but I'm gonna give it 4 stars because of good value for money and easy of brew.

I may try it next time with some dry hops to give it a bit more of an edge.
