Young's - Red India Ale

Produces a dark coloured ale. Not so much a red almost a dark stout in colour although it tastes like a red.

Makes probably one of the smoothest brews to date that I have done.

However, despite being a massive fan of the Young's American Craft Breweing Beers Kits, this one isn't quite as good as the APA or IPA that I've tried. It's good don't get me wrong, but just doesn't quite have that real big flavour punch of the other two, and at £25 for only 30 pints it works out 25% more expensive per pint and when you factor that in also, this one just doesn't cut the mustard.
