Hello,
My Mrs has not long had a baby so I have plenty of Milton sterilising fluid.
With this being a mixture of 2% sodium hypochlorite and 16.5% sodium chloride is this ok for sterilising equipment?
I presume it can as no need to rinse baby bottles after use but I thought id check with you guys.
Thanks for your help.

This is the official reply from Milton when one of the forum users asked them and kindly posted it on here;
I have checked with the manufacturer and can confirm that Milton tablets
and solutions can be used to sterilise home brew equipment.
The recommended dilution is 30ml of Milton (liquid) - 5l cold water,
leave it for 30 minutes and then rinse out.
Please note that Milton should not be used on metals on a regular basis
as it can corrode metal.
Home Brew Online recommend BrewSafe or VWP; http://www.home-brew-online.com/search/cleaning
I've switched over to the VWP cleaner that is sold here as it tends to lift any residue as well and work out ever so slightly cheaper than Milton.
Milton is ok but you gotta make sure you clean stuff really well first as it wont lift any residue.
